Founder and Editor-in-Chief — Eric Xu Eric is a third-year studying in the Honors Politics program and minoring in philosophy. His interests include U.S.-China relations, the Supreme Court, and post-Rawlsian analytical political philosophy. Outside of the Review, Eric is the Editor-in-Chief of the Wilson Journal of International Affairs and runs the UVa Quizbowl team. Eric sleeps notoriously early for a college student.

Chief of Staff — Eileen Ying Eileen is a second-year hoping to study Politics and Women, Gender and Sexuality (WGS). Her academic interests include postcolonial theory, civic infrastructure, and political transformation. Outside of class, Eileen directs an education-centered dialogue series with the local non-profit ReinventED and serves as a support officer on the Honor Committee. She loves cats and books more than anything else in the world, but VRoP is a close third.

Her academic interests include political theory and peaceful conflict resolution. At UVa, Caroline serves as Under-Secretary General of Crisis Committees with the International Relations Organization and is involved with the Charlottesville Debate League. Caroline's passion for politics led her to VRoP, and she looks forward to the growth of this non-partisan political magazine!
